IFO Refund/Exchange Policy

In the event that a self-study participant needs to cancel his/her registration, IFO will refund the course registration fee less a 10% processing fee provided that the student has not taken the final test (if applicable), and the refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase either electronically or in writing to:

Registrants may also exchange for a different course of equal or lesser value at no additional cost instead of requesting a refund. Refunds and/or exchanges will not be granted to registrants that do not contact IFO to cancel or reschedule within 30 days of purchasing the original course.

All registrants are encouraged to complete the evaluation provided in the Feedback link at the bottom of the self-study web page. IFO reviews all evaluations and comments thoroughly. IFO Cancellation Policy

The IFO reserves the right to cancel a course if conditions warrant. In the event of such a cancellation, registration fees will be refunded. We regret that we will not be able to refund fees in the event you missed the session or did not complete the course within that allocated subscription duration.
